About Andrew
A Saddle Brook Story
Born here. Raised here. Running for you.
Andrew Dziedzic is the son of Polish immigrants who came to this country seeking a better life. He was born and raised right here in Saddle Brook — attending Franklin Elementary, Saddle Brook Middle School, and Saddle Brook High School, where he graduated in the Top 5% of the Class of 2013.
Andrew worked his way through college at local Saddle Brook businesses, earning his degrees through hard work and determination. Today he serves as an Associate Director of Data Science in Midtown Manhattan — bringing the same analytical rigor and discipline to everything he does.
As a homeowner in Saddle Brook, Andrew feels the weight of every tax increase and every mismanaged dollar. He's running because this is the town that raised him — and our taxpayers deserve better.
What Drives Andrew
Principles, not politics.
Fiscal Responsibility
Treat every tax dollar like it's your own. Andrew will balance the budget, freeze unnecessary hiring, and mandate quarterly financial reviews so residents always know where their money is going.
Residents Over Developers
Saddle Brook's neighborhoods come first. Andrew will fight against overdevelopment and prioritize the residential quality of life that makes this community worth living in.
Transparency & Accountability
Open books. Prompt answers. Term limits for Council and Mayor. And mandatory public referendums for any town purchase over $2 million — because big decisions belong to the people.
Services That Matter
Remove the water rate fee immediately. Bring back senior bus service. Keep parks, seniors, and families first — while cutting waste that doesn't serve residents.
Why He's Running
Because Saddle Brook deserves better.
Andrew has watched Saddle Brook's tax burden grow while services shrink. He's seen developers get priority over residents, and he's tired of a government that doesn't answer to the people paying the bills.
As a data scientist, Andrew knows how to cut through the noise, find the facts, and make decisions based on evidence — not politics. He'll bring that same discipline to the Borough Council.
Andrew's campaign is powered by neighbors — homeowners, families, and longtime residents who believe Saddle Brook deserves honest, community-first leadership. If that's you, he's asking for your vote on November 3rd. Vote Column 1.
